If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions hereof. This Agreement and the relationship between you and Focus on Fun Dog Training Pty Ltd will be governed by the laws of Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the Australia with respect to any legal proceedings that may arise in connection with this Agreement. The failure of Focus on Fun Dog Training Pty Ltd to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement. If you enter into any other written agreement with Focus on Fun Dog Training Pty Ltd, the terms of such agreement may prevail over the terms of this Agreement if such other agreement so specifies. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Focus on Fun Dog Training Pty Ltd and governs your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Focus on Fun Dog Training Pty Ltd.
